Who manages this page?

Hello! My name is Devin Wielar and I developed and mange this page as a way to support the Battle of Prairie Grove Civil War Reenactment. I do not work for the battlefield park or the State of Arkansas and I set the up simply as a way to provide re-enactors and spectators with news and information, as well as to help facilitate the registration process. Since I work for a digital marketing firm, I have access to resources and tools to help create this content as well as simplify all of these processes and I provide these services for the event on a strictly voluntary basis. 

During the re-enactment I serve as the Chief of Staff for the Union Army, so I can often be seeing managing paperwork, working with leaders across the Army, or coordinating with my confederate counterparts and the event staff so that we can make an event that is smooth, safe, and enjoyable for all of our participants, and well as entertaining and educational for our spectators. I am passionate about history, from the local histories all the way up to the history of the world and I believe strong in promoting educational events so that we can be connected to our history and our community.
